Corporate Securities Limited Representative Exam:

For registration in individual states as an agent (representative of a broker-dealer).

Phase 1:THE LESSON BOOK: The lesson book consists of fifteen lessons. Read each lesson carefully. You must complete the entire lesson book before beginning Phase 2.

Phase 2: FINAL EXAMINATIONS: There are five comprehensive final exams, with corresponding explanations. You should not write on the exams, since you will be taking them more than once.

The most effective use of the final exams is a study tool.

(1) READ EACH QUESTION AND THE FOUR CHOICES, THEN CAREFULLY READ THE CORRECT ANSWER AND EXPLANATION.

(2) Proceed through the exam until you have read all 115 questions and explanations.

(3) Only after you have reviewed the entire exam should you take the exam as a closed-book test using the enclosed answer sheets.

(4) Match your answers against the explanations and review the questions you have answered incorrectly.

(5) Repeat the process with each of the four exams. Phase 1 (the lesson book) will require approximately 25 hours of study and phase 2 (the final examinations) will require approximately 20 hours of study time on your part.

It is essential that you complete the lesson book and the final exams prior to scheduling your exam.
